Shipping & Returns

At this time  we cannot take phone orders, we are not set up for credit cards, however if you have any questions please call us at 575-430-7300. We use paypal as our online credit card processor because of the outstanding security and safety they provide for our customers. We have a sister sight called http://motorcycleconnections.net and when you call you will here the announcement for Motorcycle Connections, we are one in the same, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. We process web orders within 3-5 business days after receipt. Once the order is processed by our office staff, the order will ship within 2-3 business days. If there is a delay, you will be emailed with an expected delivery date. During November and December, shipments may take up to 4 or 5 business days before shipping. Our items are shipped directly from our distributors warehouse.

 We are not responsible for merchandise that cannot be delivered. The courier only allows three attempts before returning it to the sender. We charge a 15% restocking fee for items returned for non-delivery

Return Policy

We will accept returns on items within 15 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us at 
admin@spiritualwings.org  for the correct address in which to return the item, an RMA number and instructions on returns. All items must be in new condition and have tags, original packaging, an RMA number and  the original invoice. We will not accept merchandise that is not in the original packaging or has been used. 

Customer is responsible for the entire cost of shipping on returned merchandise. We will refund the purchase price only minus a 15% restocking fee.

 Exchange Policy

All size exchanges must be made within 7 days of the date of delivery. Please contact us at 
admin@spiritualwings.org for the address in which to return the item . The customer will be responsible for the full cost of return shipping. This includes the cost to return the item to our facility as well as return shipping for the new item.

All tags must be attached to the item and the item must still include all original packing and be in new condition.

Damaged Merchandise

If an item arrives damaged, please be sure to contact us within 3 days of item receipt. An RMA # will be issued for you to include on your paper work and on the outside of the box.

Our items are received in our distributors warehouse in cases, and each item is sealed in individual plastic. Therefore, we are unaware of any items that are damaged. It is important that you inspect all your items when you receive it. All items must be returned with tags attached within 7 days of receipt. We will not accept any merchandise that arrives to our facility without tags attached.

You will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to our warehouse. When the returns are processed, we will ship you the corrected item. It will be the exact item and size that you originally ordered. We cannot make any size exchanges on damaged merchandise.
